The following “Return & Refund Policy” applies to Delbattery products.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. Once you email us to apply for a return, we will respond within 24 hours.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when applying for a return.

Shipping Cost

The return shipping cost will be borne by Delbattery or the customer, depending on the situation:

Delbattery Covers Return Shipping Costs:

Delbattery will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.

Examples include:

  • The item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with replacement parts.
  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item was shipped to the wrong address.
  • Duplicate order shipment.
  • The item malfunctions during the 30-day return period (the customer must install and operate the product correctly according to the manual).

Special Case Explanation:
If the product has quality issues, users are required to return it to Delbattery’s designated warehouse in the United States, and Delbattery will cover the shipping costs. However, if the user’s return address differs from the original shipping address (for example, if the shipping address was within the U.S. but the return address is remote or international), resulting in higher shipping costs, the user will be responsible for the additional fees.

Important Notes:

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, customers must provide videos or photos to prove the damage or malfunction. Failure or refusal to provide evidence will result in the return being treated as “buyer’s remorse,” and the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the customer claims the item is defective/damaged, proof must be provided without exception.
  • If the defective/damaged item can be repaired with simple replacement parts, we can provide free replacement parts and repair guidance. This option allows customers to avoid shipping large items back.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, if the item is confirmed defective, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Customer Pays Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping fees vary by region.

Delbattery will provide the customer with prepaid return shipping labels, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Please note: Any order with special shipping rates will have the actual outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.

After the 30-day return period, customers can refer to Delbattery’s warranty policy for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please check the Delbattery warranty policy for details.

Return Address

Since we have warehouses in different locations to receive returned products, please contact Delbattery customer service via email ([email protected]) to obtain the return address.

Refund Policy

Customers can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and automatically credited to the original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receiving the item, the customer discovers the product was damaged during transportation and provides proof of damage.
  • Within 30 days of receiving the item, the customer finds the product significantly different from its description in one or more critical aspects.
  • Within 30 days of receiving the item, the product experiences performance issues not caused by human damage. The customer must assist in completing battery testing, and both parties must confirm the product has quality issues.

Order Cancellation Policy

Delbattery typically ships orders within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Delbattery as soon as possible. If the item has not been shipped, the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours.

If the order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel, the customer must refuse the package upon delivery. A refund will be processed within 3 business days after the package is returned to our warehouse.
